Current openings:

General Laborer pay range $12-$20/hr (Based on experience)
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Landscaping experience a plus!
Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
Safely operate a variety of tools including pressure washers, drills, hammers etc.
Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels
Able to work in all weather conditions
Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary

Cleaning Specialist pay range $11-$15/hour
High and low dusting
Cleaning, sanitizing and restocking restrooms
Cleaning break rooms
Cleaning offices, entryways
Emptying trash and recycling from bins into appropriate containers
Vacuuming carpets and/or rugs
Sweeping, dust mopping and wet mopping floors
Clean and/or fill all equipment and supplies
Report all broken items, equipment, etc. to the supervisor
Will also complete other general cleaning duties as assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor
